Magnesium 5,000 (Pellets)

My 8 year old QH gelding was experiencing muscle spasms, sore back and seemed unable to fully relax. After speaking with my Vet and sharing photos of the contracted muscles he advised I try a Magnesium supplement. My first try was not palatable to my Boy but MVP's Mag 5000 was quickly gobbled up and within a week and 1/2 I noted how relaxed he was. It was like a miracle for him ! He has been on MVP Mag 5000 for 6 months and he is doing amazing, nothing seems to bother him and he has not had a muscle episode in the past 5 1/2 months...VERY PLEASED WITH THIS WONDERFUL PRODUCT and I have started my 7 year old Mare on it too.

I take magnesium for myself and I thought it would be a good idea to try it for my horse. He loves it and he is feeling great!

I was looking for a product to try for my 12 yr old QH, a bottle-fed orphan baby, never confident/always nervous and extremely over-reactive. Having no luck with training and exposing to things to make less scary I decided to give your product a try with doubts. I am very pleased with how he has changed since being on the magnesium pellets! He is overall calmer, happier and more focused when I ride. Can’t wait to take him to next show and see how he does. We give this daily with morning feed to both of our horses. Generally feeds and hay do not contain adequate levels of magnesium. After confirming not a training issue, a friend recommended magnesium supplement to help our horses nervous and distracted behaviors which can be symptoms of magnesium deficiency. Both horses responding well. Healthy coat, temperament and better attitude. Recommend.

This product helps my eventers stay focused and on the job. They eat it right up, it is affordable and it works. Perfect!

This product is perfect for my horse for muscle function support. Easier to feed than a powder, the pellets provide the high levels of Mg my horse requires without turning him off his feed.

Love this product on my two running bred mares. Has help them with calming and also filling out top line. The one mare is not as irritated during grooming and saddling. Will continue to use this product!

I have been using this product on an older horse and also a younger nervous horse with great results on both!! Calmed the nervous horse down considerably. The older horse developed soft soles but after using MVP magnesium 5000 my farrier noticed his hooves are healthier and he is not as tender. I love this product and will continue using it!!!!

I have been very impressed with this product. I am feeding to a mare and a gelding - both easily eat this product. Very simple to top dress on their grain. On my gelding I have noticed a significant difference in him. His muscles are soft and supple vs. tight, he is not so intense, he is relaxed and overall much calmer. I have not started riding my mare yet, so cannot comment on her reaction. I did also try to feed to two additional horses - a mare and a gelding. Both ate initially for the first couple feedings and then completely stopped eating it. The mare will simply just walk away from her grain if it is mixed in there and the gelding will pick through his grain leaving every pellet. I removed this from both of their feedings and they went back to eating normal. So I have two horses that love it and two that hate it. But most importantly - the one horse that I really wanted to see results on has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this product. I am only giving a 4 star rating only because I had two horses that I could not get to eat this product.
