Vitamin E 5000™ offers an easy and affordable way to meet your horse’s vitamin E needs.  Provides a highly concentrated source of Vitamin E combined with alfalfa meal (highly palatable carrier) to be used as a daily support when higher levels of Vitamin E are indicated. Formulated as an easy to feed pellet, Vitamin E 5000™ does not contain other vitamins or minerals. Horse owners can safely adjust the amount fed to support horses with high vitamin E requirements without worrying about causing imbalances. Multiple research studies have shown that vitamin E is often deficient in the diets of horses that do not have access to continual grazing on fresh green grass, or those grazing on winter pasture. Vitamin E is powerful antioxidant and works closely with selenium to protect the body from the oxidative stress. Horses are not very efficient in storing vitamin E and deficiency may be accelerated if the diet is deficient in selenium.

Vitamin E is considered the most important antioxidant and works closely with selenium to protect the body from the oxidative stress of exercise and illness. Found in high amounts in fresh pasture, levels begin to decay the moment pasture is cut for hay. That is why any horse that does not have access to grass, regardless of its activity level or health, would be a candidate for vitamin E supplementation. Horses are not very efficient in storing vitamin E and deficiency may be accelerated if the diet is deficient in selenium.

I have a 25 yr old mare with muscle health issues and requires Vit E to for support. I have tried so many different brands but I believe the MVP Vitamin E is the best! It provides the most Vit E without fillers and has made a big difference in my mare.

    Love this product

I started my 19 year old mare on the Vit. E because she seemed a little shaky in the rear end and we thought she might be having some muscular issues. I can say it has definitely helped. After about 2 weeks we started noticing a difference and now she is doing really well. She was injured during hurricane Laura and still did well. I will keep all my broodmares on this and can highly recommend it!
